All items are eligible for exchange or return for credit in our store.
If you ordered a piece in a wrong size or color, don't worry you can return it to us and we will gladly send you the correct order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for store credit.
In any case exchange customers will be responsible for shipping charges using the method of their choice.
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 5 days of delivery, once the request is approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days; otherwise, the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
We will attend to your request in our email email@example.com and it must include contact information, photo of the order, date of purchase and a brief description of the return or exchange, as soon as possible we will contact you to continue with the corresponding process.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as items that have been used, damaged or altered.
Items with a promotional discount aren´t eligible for return and exchanges.
