We offer a one month warranty for production faults. For any issues within that time frame, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and please include contact information, photo of your order, buyer's full name, date of purchase and you will receive a solution within 3 to 5 business days, repairs will take between 1 to 3 weeks from the day we receive it (shipping charges must be covered by the costumer).
Our warranty repairs do not apply to jewelry that has been broken, beaten, deformed, damaged by use and/or misuse.
If the break is of your own fault, we can gladly help to fix it but unfortunately shipping and repair charges must be borne by you.
